Isn't this just bribing my kid?
Bribes pay for compliance with the basics. In our approach, basics never pay — only optional, above-and-beyond bounties do, and kids choose them freely. Meanwhile payouts for mastered routines fade out and are replaced by appreciation. It's the opposite of a bribe: a scaffold that removes itself.
Can tokens be taken away as a consequence?
No — and not because of a setting. The ledger is append-only with a hard zero floor, so deductions are structurally impossible. Punishing with points teaches kids to avoid the system, not to build habits.
What happens to photos my child takes?
They stay on your devices. Any AI photo check runs on-device; images of your children are never uploaded to our servers.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The free app is fully local-first — everything works offline. Cloud Sync is an optional add-on for multi-device and co-parent realtime.
What does it cost?
The core app is free forever. Cloud Sync will be a small monthly add-on; final pricing isn't set yet, and our commitment is to be the most affordable option for families.

Is my data sold?
Never. No ads, no data sales, and telemetry is scrubbed of personal information.
Is this only for neurodivergent kids?
No — it's one app for every family. Neurodiversity-affirming design (visual schedules, low-sensory modes, no shame mechanics) simply makes it work better for everyone.
How is this different from other chore apps?
Most chore apps are permanent point machines. We separate expectations from paid bounties, never punish, fade tokens toward real appreciation, and design for the day your family doesn't need the app.
Can both parents use it?
Yes — invite a co-parent into your household with full access. Realtime sync between devices is part of the Cloud Sync add-on.
